# Payments

This page describes details of how the payments module of the nine SDK works and includes examples

The nine SDK allows one to connect payment handling to their DApps. 

When a payment is made using the SDK a payment request is created that stores details of the payment request in a decentralized storage (IPFS). Storing the request allows one to view details of all previously created requests.

After the request is created and details stored a push notification is sent to the mobile device of the user who created the payment request. The user can then make the payment through the mobile device using the wallet that is created on the mobile device.

After payment is made a notification is sent to who the money was going to.
