# Introduction

This page describes what Nine is, the problem it is trying to solve and how it is solving it.

Nine is a payments infrastructure that allows developers to seamless integrate payments into their DApps. 

The problem Nine is solving is that currently if you want to add functionality for having your users being able to make payments in your DApp you have to constantly rewrite that code for different DApps even if the logic of making a payment remains relatively the same.

Nine solves this issue by dealing with the logic of making payments and allowing devs to connect to that logic through the use of our SDK. This gives devs more time to focus on creating their business logic than on handling payments.

Not only does it allow developers to support payments but also allows them to keep track of the various payment requests made in the application!

We plan on supporting multiple payment methods in the future, these will be discussed in a later section!
